Volunteer Packet Pickup Training

These trainings will be valid for the remainder of 2024 season. Training must be renewed annually. The next opportunity for training will be in August 2024.

 

Join us for the Packet Pickup training May 23 from 7-8pm! This training is essential for those interested in helping run rest stops for Cascade Bicycle Club rides. Whether you are a new volunteer or a returning one, this session will equip you with the necessary skills and confidence for start line set up and operation.

What to Expect:

• First Half: Instructional session with overview of materials used at a start line and physical layout.
• Second Half: Hands-on set up of a mock start line.

Please Bring:

• Yourself! No other supplies necessary.
• Comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. You may be lifting objects as heavy as 25 lbs.

This training is a blend of theory and practice, ensuring you are well-prepared. Your participation will contribute significantly to the success of Cascade's event rides. We look forward to seeing you there!
