Israeli Friday Volunteers

The Center for Israel is seeking volunteers:

• 10am-1pm (1-hour shifts) to be stationed at the Center for Israel tables in the lobby, where they will explain about the center and offer the opportunity to purchase 'Israeli-related' merchandise. (Please note a JCC staff member will ring up the purchases).

All proceeds from these purchases will go towards Israeli-related donations. 

 

ABOUT THE EVENT

Israeli Friday

Infuse Israeli culture into your Shabbat celebration! Meet us in the lobby to play Shesh Besh — backgammon — with our Millie & Larry Magid Shinshinim, enjoy Israeli music, and purchase food and flowers from local vendors. To order food in advance to pick up on Fridays, click here (orders need to be placed by end of day on Wednesday prior to Israeli Friday).

 

First and third Friday of each month

Event time 10am-1pm

Volunteers needed: 10am-1pm (1-hour shifts)
