Role description: Help support and Flying Wheels finish line. Tasks include site setup, answering rider questions, breakdown, and everything in between.

 

Coffee and lunch will be provided.

 

Tasks we’ll need help with:

  Site setup and breakdown - Help setup and breakdown the tables, canopies, and bike stand a-frames. During the event you’ll help with other tasks. May have to lift 40 lbs.

  Give you finisher swag - As riders arrive give them their finisher swag. You will also be selling Flying Wheels t-shirts to riders using our easy to use iPad. We’ll train you on how to use the iPad at the start of your volunteer shift.

  Answering rider questions - Greet riders as they arrive at the finish line. Direct them to bike parking, where to get their meal, refill water.

 

Youth Policy: We ask that youth under the age of 15 years old be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can supervise tasks and that you contact the event organizer beforehand to verify the availability of child friendly positions.
