Role description: Help with unloading of event truck, set up tents, tables and placing boxes and supplies on tables. Making PB+Js as needed and keeping the food table stocked.

 

Coffee, breakfast, and lunch will be provided.

 

Tasks we’ll need help with:

  Site setup and breakdown - Help setup and breakdown the tables, canopies, and bike stand a-frames. During the event you’ll help with other tasks. May have to lift 40 lbs.

  Rest Stop Help - Make PB+J’s and help keep the food table stocked as needed. Help give directions and maps to riders and answer general questions.

 

Youth Policy: We ask that youth under the age of 15 years old be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can supervise tasks and that you contact the event organizer beforehand to verify the availability of child friendly positions.
