Are you passionate about Social Justice Issues? Do you like talking to people? Sharing information? Raising awareness? Advocating?

If so, our Social Responsibility Team + Tabling is for you!

We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about social justice issues to join our Team.

A big part of volunteering on the social responsibility team is information tabling in the lobby for special social justice events at Sid Jacobson JCC to help raise awareness, education, and information.

We are looking for volunteers to get out from behind the table and interact with people going through the lobby to let them know what issues you are raising awareness about and ask if they would like to learn more.

You can also become a liaison with local organizations in our community and bring back information to the JCC to share.

Social justice issues include, but are not limited to:

Anti-Semitism
Racial Inequality
Climate Change/Environmental
Gun Safety
LGBTQ
Food Insecurity, Hunger, Homelessness
Refugee Support
Domestic Violence
Civic Engagement
