Service Project Details

We are seeking a Volunteer Receptionist at SJJCC Annex (200 Forest Drive, Suite 11). Responsibilities include, receiving visitors at the door by greeting, buzzing them in, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Other clerical tasks may be assigned as needed, but the primary responsibility is monitoring the door and visitors. There may be a lot of down time.

Volunteer must be professional and courteous, have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Prior receptionist or customer service experience a plus.

Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday from 11am-2pm.

If you can commit to one or more days on a long-term basis, please sign-up to be considered.
